Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused components in their original box, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
